Childhood Asthma: Webinar recording

Chaired by Eilís Ní Chaithnía, CEO of the Asthma Society of Ireland, this webinar features Dr Louisa Owens, Paediatric Respiratory Consultant at Children’s Health Ireland, and Respiratory Nurse Specialist Ruth Morrow. The session covers what childhood asthma is, how it is diagnosed and treated (including MART for older children and teenagers), common symptoms and triggers, the importance of asthma reviews and Asthma Action Plans, and practical advice on day-to-day asthma management, inhaler technique, school supports and responding to asthma attacks.
