With Christmas fast approaching, we are all getting into the festive spirit. The Christmas holidays are a time to enjoy the blessing of family and make lasting memories. To allow you to celebrate and enjoy the festive season, the Asthma Society of Ireland is warning all people with asthma to be cautious of asthma triggers in your home at Christmas. Our #12TriggersOfAsthma leaflet lists some of the most common asthma triggers in your home that will prevalent during the festive season. To avoid triggering your asthma, please have a read of this leaflet and avoid these triggers where possible.
