How it Works
Asthma Adviceline
This is a free callback service. Just call the Asthma Adviceline number on 1800 44 54 64 and we will arrange a call from our nurse at a time that suits you. Call 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Calls can last up to 30 minutes, and you can schedule follow-up calls, if necessary. Please note that our services are conducted through English, though we do have some resources in other languages.
WhatsApp nurse messaging service - 086 059 0132
This is a free text-based service, which allows you to message an asthma nurse at your convenience. Once you send your first message, you will receive an initial automated response and one of our nurses will follow up within 72 hours. Our nurses can answer any queries this way and send links, videos and infographics related to your query directly to your phone. This is not a call service – if you would prefer to speak to a nurse, please call our Asthma Adviceline on 1800 44 54 64.
If you have any questions about our services, please contact us at reception@asthma.ie.
