1. Get the information:
- Download, print and use our manifesto as a tool to speak to your local candidate about valid concerns regarding asthma as they visit your home looking for support or if you meet them at hustings

2. Talk to your local Candidate:
- Talk to your local candidate, tell them your concerns, and share your vision of an asthma friendly Ireland
- Ask them to sign up to our #AsthmaMatters Manifesto.
- Tag your local candidates on social media, send them an email, attend local hustings; you deserve to have your voice heard
3. Join the conversation:
- Share our link to candidates so they can sign our #Asthma Matters Manifesto
- Use our General Election #AsthmaMatters and @ your local candidates
- Share our manifesto with your friends and family, ask them to visit our website, inform them on the importance of asthma
- Get up to date information from our blog dedicated to the voice of people with asthma during this general election
- Use your online voice. Spread the word. Be heard.
