Michael is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, an Associate Member of Chartered Global Management Accountants and a Member of the Institute of Directors, having completed the Chartered Director programme. He is Finance Director and Secretary to the Digital Hub Development Agency, a government sponsored initiative established under statute to create a centre for innovation, technological development and creativity among digital content and technology enterprises. Michael has gained broad experience in finance and governance having previously held financial and management positions in a number of multinational organisations.
